Cancellation

Booking cancellations are permitted, but they must be made no less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled start of the tour program. If a cancellation is made between 6 and 12 hours before the tour begins, only a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 6 hours before the tour's start time are not eligible for a refund.
